I don’t know about you, but I work with lists.
For me, it is an easy way to organise my life and make sure that I don’t miss anything important.
I use a method called ‘Celebrate and Fix’
-Share your successes with your team, and make sure everyone knows when something goes well. Celebrating success is a great way to build morale and keep everyone on their toes.
-Take some time to enjoy your accomplishments. Revel in what you’ve accomplished, and let yourself feel proud.
-Look critically at what went wrong, and try to find ways to fix it. Don’t just sweep problems under the rug- that will only make them worse. Address issues head-on, and come up with a plan to fix them.
-Listen to feedback
