Here’s a great FREE resource called Next Door that accomplishes several things:
First of all, you get to know what’s happening in your neighbourhood;
Secondly, it is a fantastic place to advertise your local business or service. If you are a shop, salon, therapist, electrician, gardener, and so on, you can get a lot of business totally free of any advertising costs.
We know of many local people who only use Next Door to get ALL of their work – our cleaner, window cleaner, handyman, etc. And of course, if you are looking for someone to do some work, you can ask for recommendations from others in your area.
